after you decided the basic material, colour, model and all for your case, semply send an email to truecarbon@truecarbon.com
post to the same address for whatever doubt or need for more informations: we'll do our best to help.

you can pay securely by PayPal, with Credit Card too

Among 15 and 30 days after your order we'll shipp you your case with express courrier, along with the invoice by Defcon1.com di G. Tumiati

warrantie:
the case is warrant for 2 (two) years from structural lacks (the surface is well protected, just the same we can't warrant it from scratch, since they are due to lack of accuracy by the user)
Warranty is ex-workshop: shipping costs, back and forth, are not included

shipping:
depending on weight, sizes and destination, we'll propose you the best solution: we are registered customers for AWS and GLS Executive, but sometime SDA (PaccoCelere by Poste Italiane) can be convenient.

insurance:
it is rare, but an accident can ever happend: we raccomend you to pay for an insurance.
For the 2% of the value, we'll take all of the shipping risks. Alternatively you can freely choose to pay for the courrier own insurance.

Recess:
once you have the case in your hands, you have ten (10) days to claim for recess right: if case isn't corresponding to your order, if sizes are not those you asked for, for construction defects and so on.
Of course, you can't claim for recess right just because you changed your mind.
